You earn 15% of your referred players’ GGR, or gross gaming revenue, from real-money casino and sports play. Commission is paid weekly and there is no negative carry-over. Here is what that means in practice.

How the referral programme works

1. Log in and find your personal referral link in the referral area of your account.
2. Share the link with friends who are of legal age and live in a country where GrailBet accepts players.
3. Your friend registers through the link and plays with real money on the casino or sportsbook.
4. Their activity appears in your live referral dashboard.
5. Each week, 15% of their GGR is calculated and paid to you, subject to verification.

Only invite people you know who would genuinely enjoy the games. Referral links should never be posted in ways that target minors or people from restricted countries, including the United States.

What GGR means, in plain English

GGR stands for gross gaming revenue. For one player, it is simply the total amount they staked with real money minus the total amount they won back. If your friend wagers $1,000 in a week and wins $600, their GGR for that week is $400.

When a player has a winning week, their GGR is negative because they took out more than they put in. That is where the no negative carry-over rule matters, which we cover below.

A worked example

Here is how commission might look over three weeks with one referred friend. Amounts are in USD, or the equivalent in your account currency.

In week 1, a GGR of $400 multiplied by 15% gives $60. In week 2 your friend had a good week, so there is no commission. In week 3, thanks to no negative carry-over, you earn the full $30 rather than having the earlier loss subtracted first.

What counts and what is excluded

Commission is based on real money only. Promotional value is stripped out so the calculation reflects genuine play.

So if your friend uses a GrailBet welcome bonus or receives weekly cashback, those amounts do not add to or reduce your commission.

The live referral dashboard

Your dashboard shows referred sign-ups, their activity and your running commission for the current week. It is the easiest way to check that a friend registered through your link and that their play is being tracked.

All commissions are subject to verification. That protects the programme from duplicate accounts and abuse. Remember that GrailBet allows one account per person, so referring yourself or opening extra accounts will void any commission.
