How to sign up at GrailBet

Logging in to your account

Select Log in and enter the email or username and password you registered with. Once you are in, the Casino / Sports switch in the header takes you to either side of the site without logging in again.

The log-in works the same way in a mobile browser. There is no native app or official APK, but you can add GrailBet to your home screen for quicker access; the steps are on our GrailBet mobile app page. Only ever log in through the genuine site, and never enter your password on pages reached through unsolicited messages.

Resetting a forgotten password

1. On the log-in window, choose the forgotten password option.
2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
3. Open the reset email (check your spam folder if it does not arrive) and follow the link.
4. Set a new password you have not used elsewhere, then log in again.

Verifying your identity (KYC)

GrailBet carries out identity checks before withdrawals, and you may be asked to verify before your first one. Verification confirms you are of legal age and that the account belongs to you, which also protects your balance from fraud.
